From what I read you have to pay first and THEN IF you get picked they will refund your money including shipping. So if you have not paid then thats most likely why you didn't receive it yet.EDIT: If i'm wrong it's because I can't read with out my glasses, and the wife keeps hiding them so she can be right sometimes. Was vary happy to get it in time for Halloween but I could of fun with out it, that is why I chose to "Try for free" an am glad I did. I got a nice pice of paper with my order that said "congratulations try for free winner". So to all the people still wating you still have time to get them for Halloween and if not you will defenitaly gave it for Christmas, So good luck you might still win your order! The order may go into a 'shipping' state and remain there for several days while your order is picked, processed, packed, and delivered to the carrier.My verbiage simply makes it more clear what is happening.
