If you want our help, please answer the questions that have been asked of you.  We're not mind-readers.

For starters, as has been asked multiple times, are you playing from a PC or a director?  And are you playing a show, or playing a sequence from the Sequencer?

Yes, port one doesn't follow the sequence just stays green

Okay got it fixed by using a new preview. But, does the pixie ribbons stay on at the end the show? I do a 30 minute cycle and have about 10 minutes where my A/C lights stay on but pixie ribbons are off. Thanks.
