Guest guest Posted February 7, 2012 Share Posted February 7, 2012 @Demented Elf: I thought that's pretty much what I had stated in a condensed version either in this topic or the other one that's around here about CandyCaneTube, that fair use is only if playing a portion of the song, when the entire song is encoded in the video, then that's a completely different aspect all together.Seems what you quoted from the fair use doctrine pretty much states exactly that same criteria from my perception of it.
