lwhetsto
On step 6 of the quick start guide for CCB trying to test lights. When 'all on' is clicked only the first four bulbs of the first string light up. When using the configuration box test and click 'all on' only the first 11 bulbs light up. I vaguely remember this happening with my CCR's but I don't remember the solution. Any help would be appreciated. I've tried reconnecting and reconfiguring but that didn't work. lwhetsto
I got one strand to light all up. Not sure what changed.
default
I've had similar issue with my CCP's. In the Hardware Utilities I could not get all the lights to come on. I made a quick sequence and tested them "live" and they all worked even though in the Hardware Utility they didn't. Also might check to see if you have the latest firmware. Just a thought. Alan... lightzilla
One way to see if the both strings work is to open up the controller & while the controller is unplugged hold down the white "Reset" button, & while holding that button plug in the controller (while you keep holding down the rest button). It should run through a series of patterns. Edited April 25, 2015 by lightzilla
George Simmons
Take care that the reset button is the ONLY thing that you're touching when you power up the controller.
steve synek
To me it sounds like only the first 16 channels are showing which is typical in the hardware utility. You need to scroll through the channels.
