Tonight is the start of a major holiday event where i am from and while one of my controlers is found and is opperating properly my other device is not being found by the computer. i have tried diffrent cat5 cords and telephone cords with no luck.I have no idea what i should do next and am under the gun due to the event starting at 6 tonight. please help urgently. grump010 Posted December 21, 2012 Share Posted December 21, 2012 A little more information is required than you've given:What is the red led status on each controller doing, IE are they "on" solid or flashing?Are you able to discover each or both with the hardware utility?Do you have power going to the inoperable controllerThese may sound like dumb questions but we need to know where you are at with your fault testing.
