Need an App for that

Does anyone know of an App that can be used to send a signal to a controller? Instead of always having to walk back to the computer it would be handy to turn channels off and on from the display.

I VNC it to my show computer with my iPhone.

Install Vine VNC server on the show computer connected to your wifi.

Connect your phone to the same wifi and use MOcha VNC lite one your phone.

Here is a screenshot form my phone.

There's been an android one developed this year but when the summer finished the developer disappeared from the forums without releasing it. Unfortunate really, could've been very useful.

Download and install TeamViewer on both computer and your phone. Allows remote access to computer as if you're sitting in front of it.

LogMeIn is another remote login app if you don't like the one TJ suggests.

Hi,

Tried Teamviewer, works great.

I also feel comfortable leaving the show unattended as I use my iPhone to connect to the show pc to verify the show is running.

Thanks to all for the suggestions.

Teamviewer works very nice.

Just as a warning. Dont leave your ipad laying on your car hood and go back inside the house when it starts pouring rain for an hour

No need to ask how i learned about the above yesterday ...
