Holidaycoro 27 Channel DMX Not working

I am having issues with the Holidaycoro 27 channel DMX card. I have it hooked to a Enttec open dongle, the led is flashing on the DMX card and with I run the sequence editor ... Nothing lights up... the DMX at the end of my LOR chain ( 5 controllers 80 channels). I have the dip switch setting set for starting on channel 81 with is in on position 1, 5 & 7. I have a 2 networks one for LOR and one for DMX. Is must be a setting that I am over looking...and my computer is running XP...   and the Listener is seeing the dongle. Any thoughts

If the 27 channel card is the only dmx device set the starting channel to 1

Connect power and put switch #10 in the on positionand it should go into self test mode (pixels should light up ) if so then the issue is setup, if not it could be the board itself or the connections.

If you are testing with the control panel , make sure the USB 485 is also plugged in even if you are not using any LOR controllers at the moment  and check to see the Control lights check mark is staying checked in the sequencing software.
