Rabeiler
I am building a 16 segment, 20' mega tree using 8 CCB devices (2 strands of 50 RGB bulbs). The light strands are about 25' long and I plan on having the bottom ring of the tree about 3' of the ground. The light strands will be formed to look like a tree with a base. My problem is how to set this up in the visualizer. The tree wizard only seems to give you a tree that looks like this: "/\". Can anyone explain to me how to setup a visualizer for the tree that will look more realistic where the lights strand looks like the following: / //_ _ | Thanks,Ross
LOR Staff
Create 2 trees with the wizard. Create the 'Top' part /\. Create the 'Bottom' part. Adjust the top and bottom 'width' to the same value to make a cone. | | Wire each identically and put one atop the other. But also remember, the Visualizer is not a photo-realistic thing. The 'cone' part is probably all you need to do your sequencing.
