Guest guest Posted October 20, 2011 Share Posted October 20, 2011 As soon as I can I'll be buying an EDM, this is the one I'm planning on: EDM-LCD-CS-EPSince I use an DC-MP3 Showtime Director, the RDS stuff wouldn't do me any good since the MP3 player can't encode or do anything with the RDS aspect.Be nice if the Director units could be used with RDS, but not even sure that would ever be possible.I'll be relegating my MBB E-4000 to mobile use with my rail scanner radio to transmit to an ear mounted FM radio while out chasing and photographing/videoing trains.Of course that means setting up a log book and finding unused freq's in the areas I'll be in.
