If the next screen is a rectangle there is an "advance" button on the left edge of the pop up

Select that "Advance"

Next screen is square and where you want to test the color order.

 

Do not use the rectangular screen, trust me.

Hey Jr. That fixed it but now i have another issue. 
My display has been on since last Friday. 
When it came on this evening one of the songs skips a couple of times then the next songs starts playing. Puts u in mind of a cd skipping. 
im assuming an sd card issue. 
 

what do u think

I would say try writing on a new SD card. Over time an sd card will fail. LOR recommends Kingston. 

Glad you was able to configure your controller correctly.
