CTB16PC with enclosure

Arrived UPS today! , after purchasing three controller kits from the sale, I opted for the enclosures from LOR as well. After examing them, I had two concerns, first, the door has no gasket to speak of to keep out water and second, if I mount the box  I must penitrate the back and compormise the integrity  of the enclosure. Winters here are generally rainy with lots of wind, some snow on occasion. In a nutshell, how have others felt about this enclosure.

 

My other controllers I mounted in some old Vicon CCTV PTZ controller enclosures, very weather resistent but I dont have any more.
