One thought was a new version of Vixen...

One can always go to his home page and get his address and email him.

My guess is the rumors will far outweigh the significance..but its a great way to get noticed.

Hey Jeff...speaking of falling trees..

how about making, on the S3 Visualizer and the SuperStar software, a regular Mega Tree made out of 24 CCB's doing some "Weber Tree" spiral effects??????

Not even telling him that Jim Winder would commit to buying 50 of them sight unseen if he tells me what it is was enough to get an answer:

Sorry have to wait till Sept 1 @ noon cst. :P

The site is registered to Scott Young in Richmond Texas. Google reveals that he is probably affiliated with Young Family Holidays (in Richmond)

http://www.facebook.com/YoungFamilyHolidays?sk=wall&filter=12 (not on facebook so have know idea what this shows).

Appears he is also in the Lone Star forums, of which I am not a member, so can view anything there either.

Anybody know him?

Wow! Maybe it's not a product then? I've never heard of a vendor that wouldn't take that kind of business!

Scott Young is the webmaster of Lone Star Holidays.

Harrison Ward (hbomb341), of Flower Mound, TX, is also deeply involved in LSH.

My guess is, whatever it is, Harrison is aware..and trying to help generate some interest.:shock:

That's my theory, at least, for what it is worth..:)

While I'm interested to see what the announcement is, just wanted to point out something ... If I told you that someone other than myself was going to make the purchase tomorrow, but only if you told me what is was today, would you do it? Think about it from a marketing standpoint ...

Besides, maybe it's not something you buy 50 of, and Scott doesn't want to be known as someone who rips people off. Wouldn't you be ticked if I sold you 50 of something when it was obvious you needed only 1?

I even asked Scott what and he didn't tell me ...

Guys...I was JOKING about the Jim Winder buying 50 statement...sorry, I should have made that much more obvious.

There won't be a video of it because I'm not making a 24 CCD sequence for it. If someone wants to work on that, I should have this prop done by the end of the storm Sunday...

I would think the Superstar Software would be a GREAT candidate for that...aren't you guys Beta Testing that too??

I am not. Strictly working on the Visualizer due to the incredible developer involvement.

Bummer...
