I like your calculations, Jeff. And take off for every one of your neighbors who hates or complains about your lights every year. That would be two people for me (both in the same house).

16'4" AND JUST THE RIBBON IS $179

You are correct. What was I thinking? Power supply and controller are optional.

And as for the calculations, I think the tacky awards should go to the most upset neighbors of a light display.

Okay...not knowing anything about the CCR...what good is it without the power supply and controller?

Don't you need one each for each CCR?

It's just an award for Ron. Who cares it it works. Going by his avitar, he can't see it anyway.

(edit: I mean this in a nice way)

And yes, you would need something to control and power the CCR.

A CCR will have 128 intensities with one ribbon..If you add one to the end you will have 64 intesities..Add another and you will have 32 intensities.
With one ribbon you can light up one "Pixel" which is a group of three RGB clusters..When you have two ribbons end to end you will light up 6 clusters of RGB when only doing one "Pixel"
Basiclly the controller is seeing 50 Pixels even though you have twice as many, So it will light up twice the amount of pixels to compensate.
You only need to inject 12vdc at 3 amps to the beginning of each ribbon you add.

Now I'm wondering what you should be doing instead of dreaming about lights. Please reply and I can forward this to your boss.

I should be repairing printers under warranty.

A cold or something??? Are you unsure of what you called out "sick" from?

I post on the forums from work all the time. I haven't tried since the new layout... I hope they didn't change the META Tags. A lot of sites get blocked because of things in the meta tags. For some reason, the goverment doesn't want us on social sites or sites not pertaining to work. haha... :P
