csf
Well right now out side I have 24 inches of snow and all lights are working (well the ones I can see quite a bit is covered by snow)Does any one have suggestions for keeping connections dry?I tried bags at one time but I fount they got moisture in side them.I try to keep as many connections off the ground as possible. I only warped ones I could not get off the ground and I don't over do it, there just warped one time around the connections. I have done this for a few years and fount it helped. JeffF
You should post some pictures of that snow! And your lights of course.-Jeff
rmturner54
I have 3 controllers, each one is mounted inside a demographic enclosure.Never had a problem with moisture. I do not seal them up completely. The bottoms are semi-open to allow them to breathe and prevent condensation to build up. I also use the black trash bag thingy, more to hide them at night. Not to mention that mine stay powered up all season.Richard
csf
I will definitely post up some pictures. I took some nice ones before I am planing to go out in a bit and take some night pics (of both my lights and the snow) and then put them on my site. Photography has been becoming a pretty big hobby of mine.
