william (rusty) kirchen Posted December 7, 2009 Share Posted December 7, 2009 FIRST OF ALL, I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT WHY I CAN NOT DISABLE MY PROGRAM AT THE END OF THE NIGHT WITH OUT THE PROGRAM LOCKING UP. I AM ALSO HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE SHOW SOMETIMES SHUTTING DOWN AND THEN I HAVE TO CLOSE EVERYTHING OUT TO GET INTO THE HARDWARE UTILITY PROGRAM TO HIT THE REFRESH BUTTON. I THAN CAN RESTART MY PROGRAM. I ALSO CAN NOT START A SHOW FROM ONE NIGHT TO THE NEXT WITHOUT REFRESHING THE UTILITY PROGRAM.ANY ADVICE!:? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
cmoore60 Posted December 7, 2009 Share Posted December 7, 2009 The hardware utility should not be needed except to set IDs on those controllers that have IDs that need to be set via software or to do initial testing.I would suspect that something has not installed properly. Also check the network setting in the sequence editor.
