This seems easy to build but what why so many different styles? Which one is better for sound quality. Plus half wave vs quarter wave? Im confused. friskybri Posted September 5, 2009 Share Posted September 5, 2009 The Di pole works great. Even at 100mw there is no hum unless you turn the volume up really loud and no music coming out. I got up to about 3/4 a mile away and still heard. it. Think I will turn my EDM down to 10mw. The sound coming out of this thing is outstanding.
