MINIMUM wattage on LOR Channel

I've rarely been considered a trendsetter.

And, thus, I'm just now toying with the idea of converting my C7 incandescents to LED C7s.

I recall much discussion some time back about LED minis not drawing enough power to utilize all of LOR's features, and then solution being to add something like an incandescent C7 on the channel.

Was there ever a determination of what the minimum wattage on a channel should be? Some of my lines of LED C7s may only be six or eight bulbs -- do I need to leave one of the "oldies" in line as insurance?
