daniel
Looking at the picture in the store...http://store.lightorama.com/ctinco3in.htmlI can not tell what part of the controller that is on! I know it slids on the pins to the right on the data ports, but I cant tell what that black thing at the bottom on the picture is. And there are those two pins on the upper right that look like the stand-alone jumpers on my ctb-08 controller.Just looking at..http://store.lightorama.com/ctcotrbo.htmlhttp://store.lightorama.com/caasaop.htmlI can't see anything that relates to the picture on the pin header page.--Daniel L

daniel
Okay, second question,Is there a cheaper shipping option? The adapter is ~$8 and the shipping is ~$21.Anything to do? Is there a better quote to zip 32311?Thanks!--Daniel L
Ponddude
I can give you an answer as I have worked with Yahoo! store's before. That is a flat rate shipping estimate that gives out. Usually what happens is the real amount for shipping is calculated at the time it is shipped and that is what is charged....again, this is usually. If I remember correctly, Dan has said something similar to this before on here.

tomskillman
This just lets you hook up inputs to your LOR boards to make your show interactive. The adapter board is not 100% necessary, but makes it much easier to hook up to the headers on the board. See the first few posts which show the header and the adapter card. Ponddude
I have another question about the header. I was just looking over the date sheet...http://www.lightorama.com/Documents/CTB16_HEADER.pdf...after reading the sheet is says that with the PC series boards "Input 1 cannot be used." Thinking that my college education is actually worth something, does this mean that I can only have 2 active switches with my boards, instead of the 3? So basically if I wanted to have 3 I would need two headers on different boards?I think what I am saying is right, but can someone confirm that for me? daniel
Yes, I read something that input 1 was inline with the ID circuit. Since the "D" controllers has the rotary switches, it can use input 1. The non-D controllers, like the PC series, do not have the rotary switches and can not use the first input.--Daniel L
