Steven Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 I'd like to load the new firmware on a controller that's already installed. It's a Showtime controller, but I don't remember if it's a blue or green board, and it's hard to get physical access to the unit now.Do the Showtime controllers use the blue or green firmware? Or do I have to wait until I can lift the top cover to find out?

The the blue board came alone which I know one of the changes was a larger power supply for accessories.So, short of taking a look, there is no way of saying for sure.Chuck

So in that case, you can try the Blue first (there are more blue than green in the world)... If the firmware is not correct you will get an error. (something like Wrong Firmware)... If you get that error then try the green.Dan
