(Disclaimer: I didn't use the search function.)I would go ahead and send LOR an email via support@lightorama.comI would also check your device settings (on XP, Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager) and make sure you don't have any yellow question marks next to your serial or USB sections.
