8 channels in 2 controllers aren’t working

We have 8 boxes and on two of them the first 8 channels aren’t working. We switched out fuses, ran the hardware utility refresh again, unplugged and plugged back in. Any other ideas?

We are running V2.6, I know but I haven’t had the nerve to upgrade! Everything worked good next year!

I assume you mean two 16 channel AC controllers.  Do these two controllers have a single or two AC power in cords?
