Every 100 Node Pixel String Has Last 2 Pixels Not Working

Forgive me, I'm new to pixels.  

I have 16 strings of 100 node pixels in minitree configuration.  On every sete the last two are not working in show (all pixels work in test).   I'm using ShowTime 6 Pro (up tp date) in proview is end channel is 300. Controller is AlphaPix Evolution.  

Also, durring chasses a prop or two will stay on solid till the chase sequence is complete.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

You may have some sort of an overlap in your preview  1-50,50-100 instead of 1-50, 51-100

(I still use the older SE, it is real easy to mess up the channel assignment.)
