I have a LOR G4 MP3 Show Director with 4 ports, the problem is that it will not run my pixel tree it runs all my AC PC 16 s but will not run the pixel controller, I can run the tree from my computer but I purchased the G4 to replace that, I should mention that on my computer the tree shows up on Comm 4 while the ACs are on Comm 3.

Did you configure those networks when creating the SD Card -

Thus Net 1 = Reg & Net 2 = AuxA  when using Director

Mostly forget COM# Those are mapped to LOR Network names using the network configuration tool on the tray lightbulb.

Port 1  on the Director is Regular, 2, AuxA ...

You don't mention the network speed for the tree or the controllers used.

Thanks all for responses problem solved it was configuration of the SD card that I messed up.
