Pixie 18 might be fried

My pixie 16 was working fine this year however it is not turning on no led status light and not showing up in hardware. All wired up correctly and I don’t see a fried mark anywhere. Any thoughts?

I had it happen to two Pixie16's this year - Purchased (Five) New about 6 months prior - tested when received and never used - Both were Replaced under Warranty..

Did you submit a HD ticket yet? No status LED would not make it fixable at the forum level.

Submit that HD ticket will be your friend depending on when you purchased it.

In the dumb question department, did you verify that there really is power to the Pixie?

That was not a Dumb question. That was good, solid troubleshooting?

I will add: Is the Outlet providing power (GFCI not tripped)

Other basic troubleshooting Q's:

Are these boards mounted in commonly used  TYPE enclosures by LOR (and many of us) ?

Does anything look odd at the board (corrosion, discolored areas).

Are the power leads tight? (extra attention to the ones labeled Logic Power)
