kornerb
I have had a Pixie 2 in my setup for a while, worked like a charm when I took back out this year. Then I was creating some custom light strings and I think I shorted it out when the raw RGB wires touched. Now the Pixie 2 won't connect to the network and HU can't find it. It powers up, the red light blinks, but never goes steady. I smell faint ozone smell, but that's kind of typical. (it's not overwhelming) Does anyone know if there is a way to reset these (other than the normal factory reset)? Or has this happened to anyone else? Or does it sound like I have killed my controller?
Mr. P
If you shorted it it may be dead. Submit a help ticket, they may walk you through some tests and you may have to send it in for repairs.
