CF50D not accessible to hardware utility after dip switch 12 reset

We've got 3 CF50D's and 1 UF50D tha fail to connect to the laptop and network.  For comparison, others are connecting and being programmed normally.  We checked to see that power was being provided.  It was.  Taking off a back and moving dip switch 12 to ON (with power off) does get a response of going through the LED colors and white in a repeating sequence.  Turning off power, turning 12 to OFF, and restoring power does not make the floodlight findable by hardware utility.

Dip switches are off (tried them with ON for a specific ID number, no luck).  Jumpers need to be rechecked.  We're using LOR, so there shouldn't be any particular issue.  May not get back to it until Tuesday.  Thanks.
