Heathcote Dave Posted October 13, 2023 Share Posted October 13, 2023 We've got 3 CF50D's and 1 UF50D tha fail to connect to the laptop and network. For comparison, others are connecting and being programmed normally. We checked to see that power was being provided. It was. Taking off a back and moving dip switch 12 to ON (with power off) does get a response of going through the LED colors and white in a repeating sequence. Turning off power, turning 12 to OFF, and restoring power does not make the floodlight findable by hardware utility. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Heathcote Dave Posted October 14, 2023 Author Share Posted October 14, 2023 Dip switches are off (tried them with ON for a specific ID number, no luck). Jumpers need to be rechecked.
