Little_b Posted October 5, 2023 Share Posted October 5, 2023 I've tried everything I know to troubleshoot, but I'm sure I'm missing something simple. I have 4 Pixcon16's running my matrix (E1.31), but one will not run lights. I can find it in the Network Configuration, it'll even let me make changes, but it won't run the lights. Power is there, green and yellow lights flickering on the Cat5e port. It has the same settings and firmware as the others. I've tried changing network cables, tried a spare set of lights, but no luck. Any suggestions? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Little_b Posted October 5, 2023 Author Share Posted October 5, 2023 Update: I did a Hard core Factory reset, bootloader, Firmware, the works. I was able to get it re-set up and it is running as it should. That being said, the status lights indicate otherwise. The Red is blinking while the Green stays steady. According to the manual this means it's not receiving any data. Not sure if this is important or not, or if this means I'll be able to use it just fine for the season.
