pixie 4 works, pixie 8 and 16 doesn't

I have 2 homemade star burst poles each with 2 bullet rgb strands with 50 each. When I hook them to a pixie 8 on 1 of the ports, only the 1st strand lights. Also on my pixie 16. But when I hook it to my pixie 4, the whole thing works ????

Change the # of pixels per port in the Hardware Utility

Thank you. I was using an old version of HU and it wasn't recognizing the newer units. Switched to a new soare Pixie 16 and works now.
