Strange error message when trying to run HU

Trying to do testing for the Christmas show.  Hooked up one of 3 AC controllers via my ELL and I get this error message.  Not sure what is causing and how to rectify.  Any ideas?

Select the network to scan.

Over on the left under Manual Select.  Use the dropdown to select the comm port that your USB adapter is plugged into.

Did you install the FTDI Drivers?  If they aren't installed, you need to install them.   They are available from the LOR Firmware update page here: http://www1.lightorama.com/firmware-updates/

Scroll down until you find them.  These are REQUIRED for the software to function properly.

Once installed, then your computer MUST be rebooted after installation, or you can also get this error message, as the drivers are not fully installed until the computer system has been rebooted.  So the HU may not find your controllers until they are, they are what the HU, Sequencer and other software in the LOR suite uses to talk to your controllers through the USB RS485 adapter{s}.
