lights always hot-

I have a string of lights that won't turn off....
No matter what channel I put it on... even if I turn off all the lights through the hardware program or turn off my computer

It looks to be wired correctly- though my setup is a bit unusual.

I'm hard wiring a few strings together, does it sound like a grounding problem? or did I "waste my triac"?

I have a show starting Dec. 1st and can't turn off the basement!!!!!
