Pixie 16 - No output to strings

New Pixie 16 board, first time used.  Using the hardware utility to check strings.  None of the ports will work.  Hardware Utility finds the controller id, status light on the board lights steady showing it is connected, but when I select the individual ports, none of the strings light up.  Checked all the port fuses and they are good.  What am I missing?  Any ideas or suggestions what to check next?  Have 3 new boards and the other two check out just fine.

I assumed you did select a color.

Use HU and make sure you have the chip type set (if the colors are then wrong, change the color order on the ADVANCED screen)

Thanks, checked that and compared the settings to the other two controllers on the matrix; everything is the same.  I had a spare board and replaced the problem board with it and everything works as it should.  Think I must have a  defective board.
