LED Arches only display when i broadcast to the whole subnet.

LED Arches only display when i broadcast to the whole subnet. When I specify an IP address nothing Happens. I've tried changing IP's changing hardware to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Let's start off with what hardware are you using?  How is everything connected?  I take it that you are trying to use E1.31.

Thanks for replying Jim, I am using Lightorama S5.6.10 pro software, I have a HolidayCoro Alphapix 4 for the Arches, 2 holidaycoro Alpha Pix 4 for a RGB Stars, 2 Lightorama CTB16PC, a Lightorama and 2 holidaycoro AlhpaPix16's for my megatrees.

What is the IP addresses of each controller?

What universes are used for each controller?

Can you post a screen capture of your Network Preferences showing all of those universes.

the IP Addresses are as follows:

Pixel tree #1 192.168.0.50

Pixel tree #2 192.168.0.51

Star #1 192.168.0.52

Star #2 192.168.0.53

Arches 192.168.0.54

I'm going to assume that you have the correct universes matched to the correct IP addresses.  If so, that looks OK.  Someone who knows Alphapix controllers will have to respond if the Alphapix controllers handle unicast and if there is a setting on them to tell them to use unicast.  Never touched an Aplhapic controller.
