Pixcon 16 vs WowLights Intelligent E1.31 RGB 16 Output Controller

I am looking to buy the WowLights Intelligent E1.31 RGB 16 Output Controller vs the unavailable LOR Pixcon16.  I know it has the LOR PixCon16 MkII Board as does the LOR PixCon16 Controller.  Are there any major differences between the two controllers?  Does anyone have both controllers?
