Pixel configuration

Good evening.

 

I have multiple roof lines where I am putting the Pixie II in the middle of the line.  Each port will have 90 pixels starting from the center out towards the sides of the house. How do I configure my controllers to start pixel 1 at one end and pixel 271 to pick up where the first strand leaves off?  Thank you and I hope I explained clear enough.  Have a great night.
