dan24438
So i'm having some weird issues with my two pixcon 16. When i only connect one of the pixcon to my router the individual pixcon shows up and i can run all pixels no issues. When i plug both pixcons into the router my older mk1 pixcon will randomly drop off/on the network. I'm not sure what i've done wrong or if maybe i have a bad controller? Below is all of my information. Any suggestions would be very helpful. MKII: IP: 192.168.2.3 set to Dynamic (i have tried setting it to static to see if this is the issue and it doesn't not fix the problem), Firmware: 2.0.13 MK1: IP: 192.168.2.2 set to static, firmware: 1.4.8 My version is 5.5.14 Pro Again any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.
k6ccc
From your computer, can you ping 192.168.2.2?
dan24438
yup sure can. So when both controllers are plugged in I can ping both, but only the new Mk2 board will show up in the network pref
k6ccc
I would not get overly worried about that. Can it play in a sequence? Same concept as LOR devices not showing up in the HU...
dan24438
You were absolutely right. Still can't get them both to show up in the utility but running a sequence they both worked flawlessly. Thank you very much. I spent the better part of 3 hours trying to trouble shoot these things and all the while they were working just fine. Thanks again.
