Pixcon Superstar?

Set-up:

Pixcon 16, used with megatree.

Pixcon set-up as 16 ports, each port has it's own universe. Works fine.

The question is, how can I get my superstar sequences to work, with re-doing the prop? I added motion effects channel, but that doesn't work. Added effects per port, but no go. Tried creating a separate prop, with a spiral tree, saving as a new/different preview...nope.
