You can drag those rows into any sequencer tree position - top , middle, bottom or anywhere in between

let me clarify grab the Prop in the Left  view and drag to any location

The show all grid view is limited in its ability to be customized because it is system generated. I generally just leave it alone.

If you really want to get control of your layout, create a new grid view and you will be able to lay it out however you want. You can then export it and later, import it into another sequence or new sequence.

I said LIMITED ability to customize. If you REALLY want control you need to create a custom grid view.

I also said that the custom  grid can be exported to another sequence. The show all won't
