For example, 1. create motion Effect, 2. Drag the chase up, 3. select ALL desired effects, 4. Select the “fade down each effect” I understand that the Fade is Irrelevant. But maybe there is something going on with the order you did it in the software... not saying you did anything wrong. I’m saying the way the software is reading it may be a glitch. No...It changes the motion row effect as you move it. Either a chase or copy paste. Does not matter. Watch the video.
