Pixcon 16 not working properly

My pixel lights stay on when plugged in, I run test mode and only port one changes as it should and ports 2 - 16 stay on but are only white and does not change colors.

Does my Pixcon 16 need a firmware upgrade, when I do the test mode in network setup none of the pixels change colors, all but port one stay white

Hello, have you control in Network Cofiguration if the IP addresses and Protocol (port) not changed?, It happened to me after a computer shutdown, I reprogrammed everything and it became normal.

Make sure thr Control Panel is turned on.
