Denny Posted August 24, 2008 Share Posted August 24, 2008 I believe you can power one side of the 1600 series boards with a battery (be sure to remove the jumper between the two sides). Can't remember for certain, but I think it is the right side of the board that must be powered by AC as it also powers the logic.
