Moirchristmaslights Posted September 5, 2018 Posted September 5, 2018 Hello, I have a brand new pixie 16 dead right out the box. I am using a 12v power supply, measure 12.5 volts coming into the board. No blinking status light. Is there something I can reset on the board to try to get it to work. Thanks

Thanks If you believe its dead and you purchased from LOR submit a ticket, they will replace it. You provide very little details. Is it connected to your computer with an adapter? What are/ were you attempting to do? There is a reset button white. Was this one you built or purchased an assembled unit? If you built it is the PS wired correctly? Should have been a manual with it but if not just google LOR documentation and scroll to the pixie16 JR Edited September 5, 2018 by dibblejr
TBS99 Posted September 5, 2018 Posted September 5, 2018 JR is right . You don't give us much info to help you. Here is the documentation on the Pixie 16: http://www1.lightorama.com/PDF/Pixie_Man_Web.pdf Tom
Moirchristmaslights Posted September 9, 2018 Author Posted September 9, 2018 My pixie16 is not connected to a computer. I bought just the board and I am using a power supply from a another supplier. I know the power supply is good as I have connected to other boards and they work fine. The reset button does nothing when pressed. The power supply is wired correctly. Thanks

If you wait to long it will be Halloween and they get pretty busy during the holidays. JR
