J.D. Posted July 26, 2008 Share Posted July 26, 2008 Hi, I've built 11 of 14 CTB16PC kits and all work perfectly. The 12th one worked as well but channel one stays lit at approximately 50% intensity. It lights to 100%, shimmers, twinkles and fades when programmed but never drops to 0%. Anyone see this problem before?
