Randal Trecha
I configured a CR 150D with the Hardware Utility. Auto Configure found Comm 3. I Changed the Unit ID# to 21. Set-up went fine. Controller LED is solid. Updated the unit and the message indicated "Unit has received the Option Settings". Tried to test the CCR lights with the hardware utility and received the following error message: "The serial port (Comm3) assigned to LOR has a problem. You may need to select another port. Overflow Trace: Setintensity" I have: Change the cat5 cable, Tried to change the comm port in windows but it indicates "the device is working properly" and other Comm Ports are being use by other applications. I left it on Comm3. Your help is appreciated ALSO, Tried a second CR 150D controller. Got the same error message. I then tried a CF50D Cosmic Color Flood. It communicated and tested fine with the Hardware Utility. Edited July 31, 2017 by Randal Trecha
Santas Helper
Did you try playing a sequence? If the Led solid, they're talking.
