channel 4 blown on Pixie4?

so I'm playing with the Pixie4, I have 4 CCRII's, 1 plugged into each port obviously, out of nowhere port 4 just stopped working, the each CCR will work int eh pixies ports 1-3 but none of them work in 4 now, 

I took a volt meter to it and 1-3 show a little more then 12 volt on all 3 pins (+.-.Data) but on port 4 I get 12 volts on + and - but 11 volts on data. 

I'm guess I need a replacement but wanted to reach out here to see if anyone had this issue and maybe a quick fix on the board somewhere.

I also tried leaving the cat5 unplugged and just hitting the test button but same thing, 1-3 run the test pattern but 4, no luck
