Controller and CCBs Have a Mind of Their Own - Help! *Pictures Included

Hello Everyone! 

My family and I are enjoying our first season of RGB lighting - we worked all year to create our first show.

The lights were working great for the first few weeks they were lit, but one day one of the controllers and strings stopped working. I tried a few things to troubleshoot the issue:

-Hard reset on controller
-Reconfigure UID
-Resent working software suite,
-Etc.

After the hard reset of the controller and reconfiguration, the string began working as it was designed to do for two nights, but then, randomly stopped working again.

Now, the lights are staying lit 24/7 on my home and oddly are lit in a random color pattern (picture attached). Can anyone please help us resolve this issue? Very frustrating as we are just a few days away from Christmas and we hired a professional photographer to come see the house!

One final note - when we reset the controller, it was making a very odd sound, a faint beeping sound until it was reset.
