Ccr ip addressing

Ok i have three Alphapix controllers and i did subseuences on the ccr tree, matrix and circles. How do i do the ip addresses so all three play? I did each sequence and then only one plays. I tried multicast but nothing worked. I entered 36 ip addresses for all my my channels and they all played on one . Put in trouble ticket and got not ours contact your vendor. Said because it is their software.

you have 3 alphapix controllers they don't control ccr's what are you trying to do?

I finally figured it out ty for asking, had to go and configure my universes and ip address.
