If you have power AND the fuses are verified. You might want to submit a ticket.

I'm guessing you checked the fuses with a meter?

Lack of power to the controller for one reason or another.  Plug something else in to the outlet or extension cord that the 1602 is plugged into to confirm that it's energized.

Do you have a volt meter?
