PixCon16 Pixel Controller with lights frozen on 1/2 of board.

I had the controller working correctly, until I unplugged a channel from the connection on the board, with the board powered up.  After I reconnected the channel on the board, all of the eight channels remain on. Since that time, all the channels on that bank remain on while the other bank is working correctly.  Do I need to Reload the Firmware in order to regain control of the lights on that bank of channels?
