I've seen ifrom it's okay to dont use. If I use this will I have any issues or power issues or loss or just stick with stranded copper ?? Normal Cat-5 cable is 24 gauge, so even running two conductors is still pretty small. A pair of 24 gauge conductors has about the same resistance as a 21 gauge wire. Fortunately, almost all of mine is in conduit, so it does not matter what color it is. Used year round.
