Rjack1958 Posted July 23, 2016 Share Posted July 23, 2016 I have a ctb16pc generation 3 residential 16 controller it has one channel that won't turn off. I plug it in, it's on. Channel 2. I've tried the hardware utility and can't turn it off. Firmware is ok. I changed the jumpers to reset back to factory. It still stays on. Any ideas how I can work the problem?
